I was in the surgery for a nurse appointment. Upon leaving I wanted to book an appointment with a Doctor at reception which was obviously a task the receptionist was incapable to perform and I was told a doctor would call me within the hour. I was called but missed the call and a message was left to call the surgery. This I did and was told the call was not yet closed and I would be called back within 1/2 hr. Four hours have now gone by and I'm still waiting for the call. Ridiculous system and poor service. they complain that men don't like to see a doctor, it is not surprising under these circumstances. Why I can't be given an appointment by the receptionist is completely beyond me!

Good receptionists, although they felt under pressure. Good doctors.

The care from my GP Dr Duncan is always excellent. She is very approachable and professional and has a lovely manner and takes time to explain things so well. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Apart from difficult abtaining an appointment with G.P; the treatments, advice and helpfulness is very good once l have an apppt: Excellent G.P and reception staff and nurses-what more could one ask for!! Not happy with triage system.
